Our Kopi Luwak is crafted from the finest, highest-grade Arabica coffee beans, selected with the utmost care to ensure premium quality. With a dedicated Q-Grader on-site, we guarantee that every batch achieves a cupping score above 85, delivering a coffee experience that meets the highest standards. We offer this rare and luxurious coffee exclusively to our most discerning customers.

The beans are harvested from wild Luwaks (Asian Palm Civets) roaming the mountains of Java, Indonesia, and undergo a unique process that sets them apart from all other coffee varieties. After being partially digested by the civet, the beans are collected from their excretions, thoroughly cleaned, and carefully roasted to perfection. Though the production method may sound unconventional, rest assured that the beans are meticulously processed to ensure safety and hygiene, preserving only the best characteristics of the coffee.

Our KopiLuwak.Coffee is available in three options: green beans, roasted whole beans, and ground coffee, offering a choice for every preference. No matter how you like your coffee, we guarantee that each cup will be a smooth, delightful experience.

Direct Collection from the Wild

We believe in quality at every stage of production. Our dedicated team of 18 professionals collects the coffee beans directly from the wild Luwaks on our own land—no contractors or farms involved. The Luwaks freely pick the ripest, highest-quality beans available. Only the finest beans are selected, with approximately 50% of the total collected beans meeting our high standards.

The entire harvesting and production process is controlled and overseen by KopiLuwak.coffee, ensuring that every batch is produced under pristine conditions and meets internationally recognized quality standards.

Safety and Quality Assurance

We take every step necessary to ensure the safety and hygiene of our KopiLuwak.Coffee. Each batch is thoroughly cleaned, hulled, and treated with ultraviolet light to eliminate any potential bacteria. Our coffee undergoes strict testing and grading, evaluating aroma, flavor, acidity, body, aftertaste, and overall balance.

The result is a smooth and balanced cup of coffee, with a harmonious composition of acidity and body, a rich nutty aroma, and flavor notes of chocolate and fresh-roasted almonds, leaving a long, clean aftertaste.

Coffee Cupping and Grading

Our dedicated Q-Grader, Herry Setiawan, ensures that every batch of Kopi Luwak is graded with a minimum cupping score of 80, guaranteeing only the highest-quality coffee is sold. As a certified Q-Grader and Star Cupper, Herry is qualified to judge coffee at international competitions, bringing expert knowledge and precision to every batch of our Kopi Luwak.
