1. Return Eligibility
We only accept returns under the following circumstances:

Shipping Damage: The product was damaged during transit and is unusable.

Expired Items: The product has expired upon arrival (for packaged items with an expiration date).
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice/receipt).

Be reported within 3 days of receiving the order.

Mandatory: Provide a video of the package opening (unboxing) with no cuts or edits.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and quality reasons, we do not accept returns for:

Opened or used coffee beans, ground coffee, or any perishable items.

Products with minor external packaging damage that does not affect the coffee’s quality.

Customized or special-order items.

Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales.
3. Refund Policy
We offer refunds exclusively under the following conditions:

If we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock unavailability.

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after approval via the original payment method.

Shipping fees and Down Payments are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be granted for customer errors, such as ordering the wrong product or a change of preference after the order has been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
