Thank you for shopping at KopiLuwak.coffee. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to delivering premium wild civet coffee sourced directly from the natural forests of Sumatra. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.
  • The product received is incorrect (wrong type, size, or quantity).
  • The return request is submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving the product (based on shipping tracking information).

Note: Due to the nature of our product (consumables), we do not accept returns based on personal taste preferences or if the packaging has been opened, unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at info[{@}]kopiluwak.coffee with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the received item (including packaging)
  • Reason for the return

Our team will verify the issue and provide return instructions within 2 business days.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is on our side (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is not due to our error, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been opened or partially consumed
  • Sale, promotional, or clearance items (unless damaged or incorrect)
  • Return requests made after 7 days of receiving the product
