Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indonesian law in order to purchase from Kopi Luwak Coffee. If purchasing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
Account responsibilities

- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or security incident
Use of the Site
You may use kopiluwak.coffee solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree not to interfere with the security or performance of the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use any automated tools to access the site without prior written consent.
Products & Authenticity
Kopi Luwak Coffee specialises in authentic, traceable kopi luwak sourced from cooperatives that practise responsible animal welfare standards. Each lot we sell is documented with origin, processing method, and a unique batch reference printed on the packaging.
Because coffee is an agricultural product, minor variations in sensory profile may occur between harvests. We do not guarantee uniformity across batches, but we do guarantee authenticity.
Orders & Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion. An order is confirmed once payment clears and we issue an order confirmation by email.
- Prices are quoted in IDR or USD as displayed at checkout
- Accepted methods: bank transfer, virtual account, QRIS, e-wallets, major card networks
- Pricing errors permit us to cancel and refund any affected order
- Bulk and wholesale orders are governed by separate commercial terms
Shipping & Delivery
Orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. International orders require additional time for documentation and customs clearance. We will provide tracking information as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse.
Title and risk of loss pass to you when the goods are handed over to the carrier. Customs duties and import taxes at the destination are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns & Refunds
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, contact us within 5 days of receipt with photo evidence. We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
- Opened roasted coffee cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective
- Bulk and custom orders are non-refundable once shipped
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days
Intellectual Property
All content on kopiluwak.coffee — including text, photography, branding, cupping notes, and software — is the exclusive property of Kopi Luwak Coffee or its licensors and is protected under Indonesian and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.
Prohibited Conduct
- Using the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- Uploading viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Misrepresenting yourself or your affiliation
- Scraping or harvesting data without our written consent
- Interfering with site security or other users' enjoyment
Disclaimer & Warranty

Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
