The Asian Palm Civet (Luwak) selectively consumes the finest coffee cherries, and through natural fermentation during digestion, the beans undergo a transformation that enhances their flavor complexity. After excretion, the beans are carefully collected, thoroughly cleaned, and meticulously processed to maintain the highest hygiene standards before roasting.
Unlike common misconceptions, Kopi Luwak is not a coffee variety, but rather a specialized coffee processing method. The flavor profile of the coffee varies depending on the origin of the beans and roasting techniques. Our beans originate from Bali Kintamani, one of the most reputable sources for authentic Kopi Luwak, renowned for its ideal climate and volcanic soil that enriches the beans with a distinct and refined taste.
Sustainably & Ethically Sourced
We take pride in our ethical and sustainable practices. Our three dedicated teams, comprising 18 collectors, work directly on our private land, ensuring that only wild civets select the choicest coffee cherries. Unlike other producers, we do not use farms or contractors, guaranteeing a truly wild and naturally sourced product.
Post-harvest, only 50% of the collected beans are chosen for processing, ensuring that only the best beans make it to your cup. Every step of the harvesting and production process is meticulously supervised by KopiLuwak.Coffee to uphold internationally recognized quality standards.
Hygienic & Premium Quality Processing
Our Kopi Luwak Coffee is subjected to a rigorous cleaning process, which includes hulling, washing, and ultraviolet treatment to eliminate any potential contaminants, ensuring a 100% safe and hygienic product.
Each batch undergoes an extensive cupping evaluation where we assess aroma, flavor, acidity, body, aftertaste, and balance. This guarantees an exceptionally smooth coffee with a harmonious blend of acidity and body, enriched with flavor notes of chocolate, fresh roasted almonds, and a long, clean aftertaste.

To ensure only the finest Kopi Luwak coffee reaches our customers, we have an onsite Q-Grader, who is also a Star Cupper, internationally certified to judge specialty coffee competitions. Our expert, Herry Setiawan, holds certifications from SCAI (Specialty Coffee Association of Indonesia), Agribusiness Market and Support Activity (AMARTA), and the U.S. Agency, making our coffee one of the most rigorously evaluated in the world.
